You agree to use the skills acquired on this platform for ethical purposes only. Unauthorized use of techniques learned here against systems you do not have explicit, written permission to test is strictly prohibited and may be illegal. Any student found engaging in malicious hacking or sharing course credentials will have their account terminated immediately without refund.
Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, lab configurations, and certificates are the intellectual property of Rouge Sec Academy. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning. Redistribution, recording, or sharing of any course material is strictly prohibited.
Lab Usage
Our virtual labs are provided for educational purposes. Excessive usage that impacts platform stability or attempts to break out of the lab environment into our host infrastructure is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Rouge Sec Academy cannot be held liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login information. Report any suspected breach immediately.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising from use of this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
